Peppermill Hotel Casino Reno is seeking a highly motivated, sales oriented Catering Manager for Northern Nevada's Premiere resort.
Candidate must have background in large volume/resort complex with emphasis on convention and social catering. Position works on a consistent basis with Director of Catering, Sales and F&B to generate new business and maintain relationships with present accounts.
Candidate must be flexible to work any and all shifts, possess excellent communication skills, polished presentation and strong guest service orientation. Requirements of the position include working knowledge of Daylight/Delphi systems and Word/Excel programs.
Salary requirements DOE.
