As the Communications Project Manager, you will play an important role in supporting the communications activities for consumer revenue generation for the client's payment products.
This is a temp-to-perm opportunity!
MUST HAVES:
- Prior finance/banking experience
- List management experience
- Vendor management experience
- Understanding of compliance and consumer pricing trends for credit products.
- Demonstrated success in managing complex direct mail programs; including list management and segmentation.
- Experience managing email-marketing programs
- Bachelor's Degree
- Familiarity with email platforms such as YesMail, ConstantContact, CheetahMail, Silverpop
JOB RESPONSIBILTIES:
- Manage all transactional email campaigns
- Manage collections and operations campaigns
- Work closely with vendors, managing 5 different statements
- Ensure correct number of emails for statement ready
- Provide support for re-pricing mailings - i.e. develops criteria,
works with printers, operations, audits lists, and ensures operational integrity.
JOB SPECIFICS:
- Coordinating communications for consumer pricing changes for a 2 Million+, multi-product portfolio.
- Interfacing with cross-functional internal management teams in
Credit, IT, Legal, Account Services, Marketing, Sales, and Operations.
- Leading project management efforts among cross functional
teams to deliver client messages.
- Ensuring client communications are in regulatory compliance.
- Managing external printing, list and mailing vendors
- Oversight of database management and list development
(through IT).
This is a temp-to-perm opportunity. During the contract period, you will be paid on a weekly basis through Aquent and you will be eligible for a robust benefits package including HMP and PPO health care options, life and disability insurance, 401K with matching employer contributions and many others.
