News & Record Interactive has an immediate full time opening for a Web Designer to design and build-out Web sites, banner advertising, e-mail newsletters, online multimedia, and marketing material for News & Record Interactive, help develop and maintain NRI and client Web sites and contribute to the company's overall online strategy.
A Bachelor's degree is preferred. Two to four years of Web graphic design experience preferred. Requirements include a strong comprehension of and demonstrated experience with HTML, XHTML, CSS and Image Optimization, demonstrated experience using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Dreamweaver or other HTML editor. JavaScript and Macromedia Flash with formal training is a plus. Excellent communications skills, team perspective, attention to detail, customer service orientation and creativity in problem-solving are required.
