Position: Chef

Job Description:

Large caterer and hotel restaurant operator is seeking a catering chef. Must have experience in all aspects of culinary arts and cuisines. Manage daily catering operations ( schedule, costing, inventory control, team building, menu and recipe development, waste control, quality control ).You will be working closely with Executive Chef/Owner. Oversee restaurant operations as well. Knowledge of Spanish a plus. Current crew of 8-10 cooks. Typical work week is 45-50 hours and 5 days per week. Some 6 day weeks during busy summer and Christmas season. Medical and Dental benefits. Goal bonuses available. Highly competitive salary. Candidate must be able to work well with company service staff, hotel staff, and good attitude towards all kitchen co-workers.
