Summary:
Responsible for maintaining accurate payroll files and for the weekly processing of payroll checks and completion of any necessary employment forms.
Specific Job Duties:
? Gather hours from all employees for purposes of processing payroll and
invoicing.
? Responsible for processing new/existing client contract information
? Process all scheduled and non-scheduled payroll deductions, including
FOC, Garnishments, and Insurance deductions.
? Processes all employee unemployment claim forms.
? Process all employee verification of employment forms
? Handles employee and client inquiries in a timely manner.
? Attention to detail, organized and able to manage time well
? Able to work as part of a team and posses a strong work ethic
? Strong Pc Skills (MS Office)
? Clear communication skills
? Ability to maintain highly confidential information
Experience:
Experience Required:
A Minimum of three years of experience in payroll or accounting field; associates degree preferred.
Technical Requirements:
? Microsoft Office
? Great Plains experience helpful
