Currently we are looking for two Marketing Manager positions for our Medicare Marketing Department, located in Columbia, MD. One manager will support Medicare Heath Plans (MAPD product) and the second will support Employer Group Accounts.
The incumbents will assist in creative development, production and implementation/execution of new and existing marketing campaigns and tracking collateral. Keeps the Director of Medicare Marketing appraised of operational issues through written and oral reports. Serves as Medicare marketing/advertising consultant to other functional areas in the organization when needed.
The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of marketing management experience within the health care industry. A keen eye for detail, exceptional project management skills and a demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams comprising junior and senior-level staff are required. Must also possess excellent written, verbal, presentation, proofreading and organization skills as well as a positive attitude
