Position : Maintenance Technician

Description :
Condo Association in Salt Lake City seeks a hard working, self motivated, experienced maintenance professional. This position requires experience and knowledge in plumbing, pool maintenance, gate repair, lock repair, general building upkeep, painting, cleaning, etc. This will require daily assessment of the property and ability to recognize and repair problems. Regular duties will include lawn maintenance and cleaning of hallways and common areas. The HOA also has a pool that needs to be maintained during the summer for which training is available. During the winter snow needs to be shoveled/plowed as needed. During fall and spring the grounds need to be raked and cleaned. The HOA also has three electric security gates which must be maintained on a regular basis. The buildings are currently being fitted with cameras and a small amount of security may be required. There is also an internet network being installed which will require maintenance. IT or computer skills are a plus, but training is available.
