Position : Customer Service Representative

Description :
Illini Construction Specialties inc., a sales office engaged in the promotion, sale and installation of a variety of products in the Chicago marketplace, is seeking a full time customer service representative/adminstrative assistant. The candidate must be comfortable using the phone, fax, email, MS Office, and MySQL. Training will be given for additional software. Responsibilities include processing and expediting orders, handling customer inquiries and order management. You will be the liaison between our sales team, the customer and our vendors. The perfect candidate will have the ability to learn quickly, retain large amounts of information and effectively handle a fast paced environment. In addition, the candidate should possess strong communications skills, initiative, and excellent organization skills. Start Salary $30K.
