Projectline Services, Inc. seeks an enthusiastic creative project manager to help our clients get the creative marketing materials they need when they need it. Our new Creative Marketing Consultant position is both strategic and creative and requires the ability to move from planning to implementation while effectively working with the Creative Lead and a virtual creative team of copywriters, graphic designers, and web developers in all project stages.
Creative Marketing Consultant Responsibilities:
? Manage, implement, and measure innovative client marketing, such as advertising and product branding, lead generation programs, media campaigns, direct mail, and email marketing programs
? Oversee the direction, design, production, and distribution of print and electronic marketing communications materials
? Plan and coordinate campaign media and ensure regular communications with national print, online, and broadcast media
? Conduct relevant market research to strategically and proactively deliver pertinent recommendations to clients about upcoming trends and current opportunities
? Own and manage consistent written, verbal and face-to-face communications with clients.
? Effectively up-sell and cross-sell Projectline services within existing client relationships
? Proactively manage and drive client projects, schedules and deliverables
? Build knowledge of current developments in the fields of marketing, communications, and design as well as client industries and marketing targets
? Communicate creative offerings to internal Projectline team members to ensure clear, accurate and comprehensive understanding of available services
? Prepare project budgets, estimates, and statements of works
? Manage multiple vendor relationships (designers, programmers, writers, editors) and vendor product quality on assigned projects
? Contribute to the health and success of Projectline in various ways not necessarily related to the position
Qualifications and Requirements:
? 5+ years experience within the B2B marketing industry with at least 2+ of these years working in an agency setting serving large and/or global customers
? Solid understand of marketing fundamentals including segmentation, positioning, and market analysis
? Strong creative and analytical thinking skills with the ability to grasp concepts and communicate quickly
? Flexible and intuitive, with ability to generate respect and trust from clients, staff, and vendors
? Exceptional project management, and organizational skills
? Aptitude for managing difficult situations with solution-oriented finesse, diplomacy, and tact
? Ability to project a "whatever-it-takes" attitude concerning the importance of achieving client goals
? Willingness to be flexible and accept responsibilities outside of job description and/or to develop additional skills to meet client or business needs
? Exceptionally positive and professional attitude
? Advanced skills using Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint (or equivalent classes/coursework before starting)
? Demonstrated sense of humor and whimsy
