Job Description
Mercent's Service Delivery Team seeks a Software Development Engineer to join our fast-paced team to help us design, develop and deliver merchant integrations to our SaaS-software platform.
Primary Responsibilities
* Working with a Mercent Project Manager and our client's to understand the client's unique needs and requirements
* Designing and developing custom integration solutions for enterprise clients
* Troubleshooting merchant integration problems at the server, application, and user levels
* Collaborating with team and internal stakeholders including sales and performance marketing
Qualifications
* At least 3 years developing high caliber software
* Extensive experience developing in a Windows environment
* Experience designing and implementing medium to large scale system integration solutions
* Strong SQL, XML and XSLT skills
* Object Oriented Design and Development
* Ability to work independently on several projects simultaneously
* Organized and detail-oriented
* Able to brainstorm and recommend alternative technical approaches
* Able to apply appropriate software engineering practices to deliver high quality results
Technical Skills
* SQL Server, XML, XSLT, XML Web Services, .NET, C#
Education
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related
