Tactical Contacts Account Executive
Overall responsibility
Conducting follow up calls and emails to C level Managers of Target Verticals specified by the client to schedule appointments/ discovery calls on the client's behalf.
Key areas of responsibility
* Follow established company calling/email procedures
* Respond to emails and phone messages on a regular basis, in a timely manner. This includes follow up calls on a consistent basis.
* Maintain and update data lists as instructed by account manager (Microsoft Excel based)
* Call specific targeted C level Managers on clients behalf
* Schedule appointments/ conference calls for client
* Qualify prospects based on criteria as established by Tactical Contacts client.
* Make and receive calls during business hours across all US time zones as necessary based on the geographic focus of each given campaign.
* Communicate client's message clearly and accurately, both verbally and via email.
Consults with
* All levels of management
* Tactical Contacts clients
* Occasionally other Account Executives
Term of Employment
Independent contractor on a Month to Month basis 20+ hours a week
Qualifications
* Strong sense of customer service
* Good organizational skills
* A solid and confident phone presence
* Self motivated
* Telesales or Lead generation experience is a plus
* Proficient with updated Microsoft Office products as well as other basic personal computer/ word processing/ spread sheet skills.
* Ability to communicate client product and service information to nontechnical audiences
* Must have own computer and High Speed internet access
