Job Responsibilities:
The Human Resources Generalist position provides day-to-day business partnership, administration, communication and implementation of HR policies and programs. Primary responsibilities will include resolving employee relations issues and advising management regarding HR compliance issues. Additional responsibilities include:
- Participating in corporate initiatives for the HR department
- Working with organization to implement change
- Partnering with other HR functions and internal resources to execute corporate-wide HR initiatives and client-specific programs
Minimum/Required Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years experience as a Human Resources Generalist
- Demonstrated ability to provide guidance in HR policy and employee relation issues
- Ability to effectively communicate with employees at all levels
Preferable Job Qualifications:
Education or certification in Human Resources
