Position: Recruitment Consultant - Supply

Job Description:

Reports To: Resourcing Manager

Context/Scope:

Integral team member of RPO onsite Recruitment Solution (Futurestep and Diageo partnership)

Primarily accountable for Resourcing internal and external vacancies across Supply (Manufacturing, Production, Supply Chain)

Champion key business processes around Recruitment from approval to selection and post placement engagement

Integrate with team and line managers to improve the recruitment experience and measurable outcomes (quality of hire, time to hire, recruitment capability, cost etc) for Diageo hiring activity

Dimensions:

a) Financial

Required to work within overall RCOE Resourcing Budget for Diageo and maximise ROI across recruitment activity

b) Market Complexity

Diageo Australia is one of the largest markets within the International region of Diageo and has both Supply and Demand activities

Diageo Australia has experienced significant growth having recorded double-digit growth in each of the last 5 years and a doubling of headcount in the last 3 years

In adopting the unique ?RPO? recruitment model with Futurestep, Diageo Australia?s Recruitment model is designed improve both strategic and operational objectives relating to talent attraction, selection and retention

The internal Recruitment Solution is responsible for managing effective supplier relationships, partnering with referred agencies in order to achieve optimal hiring outcomes for Diageo

c) Leadership Responsibilities

Commitment to delivering ?world class? recruitment activity through exceptional hiring decisions, relationships and supporting process/methodology

Draw on experience and knowledge to provide specific expertise and market information that will enhance recruitment function & line manager capability

Accountable for troubleshooting, using initiative and identifying opportunities to improve recruitment effectiveness

Top Accountabilities

Process Management

Adhere to process and reporting requirements, managing workflow according to service levels, ongoing education Relationship Management. Key stakeholders: HR, Line Managers, team members, Korn/Ferry Futurestep

Provide valuable insight, feedback and communications that enhance performance & satisfaction

Candidate sourcing, talent pool development and management

Aid the development of proactive talent pipelines

Ensure utilisation of multi-sourcing strategies

Effective management of expectations, valuable feedback and delighting our candidates with amazing experiences

Qualifications and Experience Required

Ideally, experienced working within an internal recruitment function or exposure to sophisticated agency practices at consultant level

Deep exposure to FMCG Supply Chain and /or Manufacturing

Values a strategic approach to Resourcing, quality outcomes and a continuous improvement mindset

Consistent delivery of excellence in recruitment
