Position : Senior Brand Manager

Senior Brand Manager

Manages P&L and day-to-day planning, development and implementation of overall marketing plans for multiple sites within the family of brands, including top 50 dot com sites. Responsible for brand vision and contact strategy.

Duties include:

* Lead and integrate efforts across online marketing, merchandising, IT, creative, catalog, operations, and UI functions to maximize business growth, profitability, and impact in the marketplace.
* Develop and maintain brand-specific content strategy, contact strategy, and promotional calendar.
* Develop and manage all elements of marketing mix, including targeted promotions, electronic communication, advertising, and direct mail to existing and potential brand customers.
* Create and maximize marketing strategies, programs, and measures to support and grow brands within their sphere of influence.
* Drive strategy and ongoing improvements in landing page optimization, effective online merchandising of products and promotions, testing, and customer experience using all available tools, including Endeca, Omniture, and Offermatica.
* Work closely with Online Marketing team to ensure high revenue and margin performance and efficient ad spends for PPC, SEO, Affiliate, Amazon, and other customer acquisition efforts. Monitor and analyze marketing programs and make ongoing improvements.
* Build relationships with internal stakeholders to innovate solutions and new opportunities for delivering increased awareness and brand preference for brands.
* Communicate plans, programs, and results to senior corporate management on a consistent basis.
* Works closely with other brand managers to ensure differentiation across all company brands.

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
* 5-7 years cross-functional brand and/or overall Web site management experience in an online and/or multichannel retail environment required
* Strong e-commerce, online merchandising and marketing experience preferred
* Well-versed in online technology and marketplace
* Strategic leadership and decision-making
* Comfortable with financials
* Demonstrated skills in web marketing, marketing planning, and online merchandising. Experience with direct marketing preferred
* Excellent complex multi-functional project and people management skills
* Excellent analytical, quantitative, organizational, and prioritization skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Must be innovative, proactive and a team player
* Experience with Omniture, Offermatica, Endeca and/or other comparable tools preferred
* Experience using the Internet, PCs and Microsoft Office
* Ability to represent the company in a professional and positive manner and promote company values
