Position: Administrative Assistant

Job Description:

Position Summary:
Responsible for system direction and leadership to primary Administrative Assistant functions of multiple areas for Sales, Retention and Quality support. Overall responsibility for developing strategic plans for communication and management for performance objectives and provide end-to-end process management support for the customer experience which includes First Contact Resolution, Communication of Area Method & Procedures, Administrative Satisfaction including root cause analysis and facilitating cross functional teams to improve results: Quality Assurance, Work Order Accuracy focusing on overall accuracy. The position will focus on Revenue, Administrative and Retention by reviewing completion rates of sales and supporting the call centers on sales tactics, focusing on save and retention efforts, and identifying trends and performing root cause analysis for retention areas. --Serve as a key consultant to the System Customer Care Director regarding consistent par excellence Sales, Retention and Quality support to new and existing customers.

Job Requirements
We need individuals with prior retail management experience, strong customer service skills, and a desire to be in the growing industry
