Position: Records Coordinator

Job Description:

Garvey Schubert Barer, a mid-sized Seattle law firm seeks a motivated and detail-oriented Records Coordinator to join our Records team.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

* Retrieving documents and filing as requested
* Creating, maintaining, and scanning legal files, as well as preparation of client files for off-site storage
* Organizing and maintaining file room and storage area
* Working on special projects as required or assigned by attorneys, secretaries, or administrative staff

The candidate should have 1-2 years of legal records experience in a law firm with good organization and communication skills. This is a full-time position and the hours are 8:30am - 5:00pm.
