Alaska Trust Company is a premier trust and investment management company located in Anchorage, Alaska. We are searching for a Trust Officer to join our growing team in Anchorage, AK . This individual will perform day-to-day administrative functions for trust, probate, investment, agency and custodial accounts.
The ideal person will also have an understanding of systems, processes and work flows; and be able to effectively navigate the company to resolve problems while interacting with internal and external professionals and perform various settlement administrative duties. The ideal candidate must be highly motivated, organized and detailed with superior communication skills. Marketing and Sales Experience is highly desired along with the ability to build and maintain business relationships.
Ideal candidate will possess an undergraduate degree in business, finance or related field, or the equivalent experience. Required knowledge of trust administration, accounting/tax principles, securities regulations and administration. Must have 3 to 5 years related trust administration or account experience. Preferred banking experience, trust certificate, CFP designation are desired.
