Catalyst Energy, Inc., an independent Oil & Gas Producer, is seeking an Engineer, Mechanical or Petroleum, to fill a multi faceted position that will overlap into our various operations. Duties required will be demanding and vary widely from week to week. Catalyst is a privately owned (70 employees) Oil & Gas Exploration Company headquartered in Cranberry Twnp. PA. Through our sister company, IronCarey, LLC we operate drilling rigs, service rigs and related equipment. Presently Catalyst is one of the largest Operators in Pennsylvania drilling at the rate of about 175 wells in Pennsylvania annually.
This Management level position requires a BS in Mechanical or Petroleum Engineering., preferably coupled with a MBA degree, and a minimum of 5 years of experience. The position will involve a mix of field and office work in the oil and gas regions of the Appalachian Basin primarily in north western Pennsylvania. The Position will be based in our Cranberry Twnp. PA headquarters. Position involves Project planning & Development, Oil and Gas drilling, production & exploration.
Candidate will report to and work closely with the Vice President and CEO.

*Have a through knowledge of computer programs. The knowledge is required to run several software programs including Geologic Software (Geographix), Petroleum Engineering Software (Aires), and GIS Software.
*GPA Minimum of 3.25
*Experience of 3 - 10 years
