Other insurance companies will start you as low as 20% commission and it will take years to go up. They will require you to hire people under you before being able to move up. At Renown we start off all sale associates- Renown Staff- at 60% Commission + renewals on certain products.
At Renown Insurance we are in search of qualified candidates that are self motivated, hard working and able to work in sales.
We are in the financial service industry- we are a one stop shop for all of our customers needs- Life Insurance, Auto, Commercial (GL & WC), Homeowners and Notary Services.
We prefer individuals that are career oriented, but have part-time position also available.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Sales are your #1 Priority
Be able to think outside the box
Develop Leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs and market
appropriate products and services.
Attend mixers, events, social functions etc?
Provide prompt, accurate and friendly customer service.
FOLLOW-UP with clients
Training:
Successfully complete state required training (Life/P&C license)
Staff members will be appointed with our carriers and online based trainings available- carrier specific
Qualifications:
Sales experience (preferred but not necessary)
Self Motivated
Great Interpersonal Skills
Outgoing and customer focused
