HRCC handles inbound reservation request calls for all Hilton Brands, including: Hilton, Embassy Suites, Homewood Suites by Hilton, Conrad, Hampton Inn and Suites, and DoubleTree Hotels. HRCC has had an enormous impact on the growth of Hilton Hotels Corporation by shifting the task of booking reservations from operators at individual hotels to sophisticated call centers and localized web sites that process reservations for Hilton Family hotels.

Job Summary:

In early 2007, HRCC launched a Hilton at Home program for part-time Reservations and Services Specialist.

As a part-time telecommuter, Hilton at Home team members perform the same role as on-site Reservations and Services Specialists. You will receive inbound calls from people across the country and assist them in making reservations for our hotels and resorts. You will use the most modern technology available while working from your home office.

As a part-time work at home Reservations and Services Specialist, you will receive inbound calls from people across the country and assist them in making reservations for our hotels and resorts. Available work hours will vary based on business needs.

Basic Qualifications:

* Flexible for scheduling - based upon business needs.
* Excellent communication skills including the ability to speak, read and write fluently in English
* Steady job history
* Basic computer skills including navigational skills and the ability to conduct internet searches,
* Ability to pass reference checks, drug screen, and a criminal background check
* Ability to sit in front of a PC monitor for extended periods of time
* High school diploma or equivalent

Additional Information:

In addition to the Basic Qualifications outlined above, this position requires the following:

* Dedicated home phone with ability to make local calls to numbers in the 972 and 214 area codes. This phone line may not be through a VoIP (i.e.; Vonage, Skype, etc.) If you do not currently meet these requirements, you must be willing to have a landline with the outlined calling capabilities installed at your expense no later than two weeks after your start date.

* High speed internet access with a minimum speed requirement of 768Kb/s. FIOS, DSL, and cable are supported. Satellite and dial up are NOT supported.

* You will provide the monitor, headset, phone and surge protector; HRCC will provide the computer, mouse & keyboard and firewall

* Have a home office environment that is professional, safe, and free from background noise and distraction

* Be able to attend paid training, on-site at our facility. (See training times below) All training's run Monday - Friday for seven weeks. 100% attendance is required (no absences or tardies).

* Must be able to work 20-25 hours per week. We offer a variety schedule options to choose from (morning/afternoon/early evenings, all include weekends)

* Be able to work on-site one schedule shift per month (5 hours)

**Orientation on 9/10 and 9/17; classes start on September 15 and Sept 22, 2008.

There are three training options:

Option 1 - 8:00am-1:30pm (Daytime training; Orientation 9/10; classes start 9/15).
Option 2 - 9:30am-2:30pm (Daytime training; Orientation 9/10; classes start 9/15). ).
Option 3 - 6:00 pm - 11:00 pm (Evening training; Orientation 9/17; classes start 9/22)

Post training schedules will vary but will consist of primarily daytime, afternoon, and early evening hours. All schedules will include weekends.

Starting salary for this position is $8.25 per hour plus monthly incentive (Wage during training is $7.00 per hour)
