Austin Logistics, Inc. ( [link removed] ), a leader in predictive analytics software, has immediate need for a strong Senior Integration Engineer.
Austin Logistics is a 14-year-old company with a start-up attitude. The work is interesting, fast-paced, and varied. The Development team is small and is responsible for multiple products, architectures, and projects. The products are very complex and building and maintaining them is both challenging and rewarding.
We are looking for a Implementation Project Manager to be responsible for the execution and follow-through on simultaneous solution engagements with external clients of varying sizes while adhering to the standard implementation process. The position requires the ability to manage resources from a number of functional areas across multiple projects while responding to the many issues which arise throughout each project.
Skills:
* Excellent cross-functional coordination skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills including strong facilitation skills
* Strong knowledge of contracts and Statement of Works, ensuring contractual agreements are met
* Manage staff activity/assignments to ensure quality products and deliverables are met on time and on budget
* Seeks to identify risks and manage mitigation strategies against those risks
* Ability to analyze project change requests and issue impact assessments
* Self-motivated
* Ability to work with Clients and act as single point of contact
* Ability to manage, monitor, and communicate the progress of projects
* Create project plans upfront using the appropriate resources to identify the tasks and estimates at a detail level, then manage the execution of the plan
Experience Requirements:
* 4+ years Project Management experience
* Experience with identifying and mitigating against key risks
* Experience with the product development life cycle and proven accomplishment as a driver in this arena
* Experience at identifying, documenting and implementing process improvements
* Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering projects through all phases of the product development lifecycle
* Proven experience managing geographically disperse teams and/or teams in a matrix organization
* 4 to 6 years business/industry experience
* Experience with involving the customer in the project to ensure their expectations are met
* Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering projects
