We are a manufacturer of premium interior doors selling through distribution to retail lumber yards and millwork houses. The main plant currently is located off Hwy 77 in Huntersville. The main plant will be moved to Rock Hill SC area early next year.
We are currently looking for an Administrative Assistant to handle the following:
Accounts Payable
Entering Payroll
Answering two phone lines
Fax/ E-mail order confirmation to customers
Create shipping documents
Maintain customer files
Previous knowledge of Peachtree Software is preferred, but not required. Computer skills are required. This position will work directly with the managers. This position will start part-time and will grow into a full-time position. The current hours of this position are Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 7:30am to 4:30pm. Salary based on experience.
