Duties include handling all inquiries received via phone, fax, mail or email from customers and publishers. Maintain, organize and prioritize work for accounts specifically assigned. Provide superior customer service.
Requirements/Skills:
Work as part of the team; provide support and assistance to other team members when necessary. Computer experience and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products a must. Applicant must have good written and verbal communication skills and be dependable and reliable.
Telephone skills (clear, audible voice), typing (accuracy over speed), organizational and time management abilities. Must have one year customer service and/or general office experience. Must be professional, hard working and cheerful. Good attendance a must. Attention to detail a must.
