Innoveer India is a Joint Venture (JV) established by two premier companies (Innoveer Solutions, Inc ? in the USA & Uniquest Ltd. in Mumbai India). The primary goal of JV is to provide world class offshore capabilities to support Innoveer Solutions business worldwide.
General Description of Role : The Technical Team Lead Role will have responsibility for overseeing a portion of Innoveer Solutions' offshore operations to be located in New Mumbai / Mumbai, India. This will include managing key projects for Innoveer from an offshore perspective, having active involvement in the technical architecture & infrastructure definition, provide first line QA support, and provide guidance and mentorship to more junior members of the team. Complete training on Innoveer's corporate culture and project methodology will be provided by Innoveer Solutions.
Expectations :
1. Oversee & assist in the functional & technical management of the off-shore components as they relate to Innoveer projects in US & Europe
2. Provide detailed direction and leadership to Consultants in the delivery of quality consulting service, on time and on-budget as allocated by Innoveer Project Managers at client site
3. Coordinate specific offshore work products for selected projects
4. Provide regular status to onshore technical and functional lead who are on client project sites.
5. Assist in managing office operations for Innoveer's India office (all technical aspects)
6. Coordinate, schedule, and eventually help conduct training of methodology as well as select technical training to junior staff members.
7. Be a mentor for junior staff members in the offshore centers
8. Provide continuous improvement, feedback, and guidance to the onshore teams with respect to Innoveer's Multishore Project Methodology.
9. Dedicated to customer service where customer service is the onsite Innoveer delivery team operating on client sites in US & Europe.
10. Be willing and able to travel overseas for short consulting assignments
11. Be the key facilitator of all technical and QA activities as it relates to Innoveer projects
Requirements :
1. 7+ years of relevant experience
2. Strong technical acumen
3. 4+ years of Siebel configuration and/or Siebel data integration experience
4. Expert knowledge of systems integration, applications development highly desirable
5. Knowledge of systems architectures (e.g. Siebel, other packages, and custom development experience)
6. Expert knowledge on evolving technologies (e.g. SOA, Web Services, etc.)
7. Experience working remotely with US and/or European customers required
8. Demonstrated success in client service or consulting services.
9. Strong analytical skills
10. Problem solving orientation with experience working as part of a team in a rapidly changing environment.
11. Some financial / accounting background preferred
12. Prior team and/or project leadership experience required
13. Fluency in English language required.
14. Experience in consulting industry highly desirable esp. in onshore / offshore model 15. College degree required. Masters (Technical) degree preferred
