Job Details

Position : Inside Sales Account Manager

Description :

Job Functions
Respond quickly to inbound leads via phone and email
Cold call, prospect and establish rapport with targeted existing and new accounts
Generate revenues from existing customer base with average sales of $25K-$100K range
Track and manage/close recurring maintenance renewals with current customers
Consistently forecast monthly and quarterly bookings/revenues using ProSight's Sales Process to gauge Forecast Stage
Maintain account and opportunity updates in SalesForce.com CRM system
Develop territory strategy with field Sales Executives to penetrate new accounts and find new opportunities within existing accounts
Develop account management plans in conjunction with field Sales Executives for key accounts
Succeed in a team selling environment, coordinating closely with field for maximum territory coverage
Manage complex sales cycles with multiple stake-holders
Assist with RFI's/RFP's when appropriate
Work closely with Marketing/Sales to generate attendees for seminars, web casts, conferences, Customer Summit, etc.; and provide diligent follow through with prospects after the events
Work with Marketing to close the loop on lead tracking in SalesForce.com
Produce regular multi-functional account reviews in conjunction with the field Sales Executives (Success Reviews)
Focus on 100% customer satisfaction, driving reference-able accounts
Meet quarterly MBOs
Willingness to work in newly formed organization with expectations towards "building" best practices
May have minimal travel requirements Job Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a business related field preferred
Minimum three years experience with complex/technical products and services, preferably in inside sales role
Enterprise software and/or software licensing experience
Experience calling on "C" level senior executives, especially within the Fortune 1000 companies
Classically trained in proven sales methodologies (i.e. Solution Selling, Strategic Selling, S.P.I.N., etc.)
Proven track record meeting and exceeding annual quota year over year
Goal-oriented and incentive driven with a history of overachievement
Strong time management skills, self starter
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Detail oriented, relationship building skills and a passion for customer service
Team player with a positive attitude
Ability to handle, adapt, and overcome change
Experience selling to the Federal government where specified ? DoD and/or Civilian
Experience selling to select industry verticals where specified (i.e. Financial Services)
Experience in "early stage" company desired
