Installation Manager Needed! U.S. Remodelers, Inc., America's #1 Specialty Contractor rated by Qualified Remodelers Magazine, is in need of an installation manager Job Summary Direct, supervise and coordinate all the activities of the Installation process to achieve the branch installed revenue goal. Responsible for the branch gross profit margin. Responsible for customer satisfaction levels. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Have all jobs accurately measured and ordered according to company policy; Audit all jobs prior to ordering; Comply with and enforce all company policies; Receive and administer all deliveries from all vendors; Order and stock proper inventory levels; Perform quarterly physical inventory counts of all warehouse products; Select and engage appropriate quantity of subcontractors/installers to achieve revenue goals; Train and coach installers; Schedule all installations; Inspect current in-running jobs; Administer the payroll function according to policy; Resolve all client complaints regarding installation and sales issues; Maintain high customer satisfaction levels; Provide technical training to the sales force. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This position supervises job coordinators/warehouse employees, measure technicians and installation crews. QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE One year of experience in Installation and/or Installation Management or Construction Superintendent, related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. High School diploma is required with some college preferred. Excellent follow through and communication skills necessary. LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to read, write and speak clearly in English. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts; interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference and volume. REASONING ABILITY Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
