The McGraw-Hill Learning Group, a division of McGraw-Hill Education, has an opening for a Regional Sales Coordinator in our Jacksonville, FL sales office.
Responsibilities:
Individual will provide sales support to regional field staff.
Develop and implement mailings, coordinate conferences, and develop marketing support materials.
Coordinate daily communication with customers, customer service, marketing department, and sales staff.
Maintain consultant calendar regarding in-service and work schedules.
Coordinate individual territory and regional sales plans in conjunction with sales staff and regional manager.
Perform administrative duties for Regional Vice President, such as making arrangements for Awareness Meetings, regional sales meetings, and textbook hearings.
Communicates to Regional Vice President regarding customer problems or sales staff problems.
Assist Regional Vice President with accounting activities including budgeting, regional expenditures, and T&E expenses.
Required:
High School Diploma or equivalent
A minimum of 3 years administrative experience supporting a Director level or above.
Must have excellent written and oral communication skills, including professional telephone techniques; accuracy in handling details; ability to set priorities and must possess organizational skills.
Must be proficient with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Must be able to work in a fast paced, teamwork environment and demonstrate flexibility.
