Position: Consultant Manager - Midwest

Glencoe/McGraw-Hill, a division of McGraw-Hill Education, has an immediate opening for a Consultant Manager for the Midwest region.

Responsibilities:

Contribute to the company's financial goals.

Plan and implement training, presentation and in-service models for consultants.

Plan and implement training and in-service models for customers and employees.

Evaluate, summarize and disseminate support materials and relevant information to sales organization and customers.

Conduct customer oriented presentations and meetings in target accounts and major curriculum conferences.

Responsible for ongoing communication with the Director of Sales on curriculum changes and update in trends.



Requirements:

Bachelor's degree.

A minimum of five years teaching experience.

Successful previous consultant experience within educational publishing.

Must posses the ability to conduct and model effective sales presentations; coordinate and conduct product training; and provide direction, coaching, and feedback to regional and per-diem consultants.

Excellent interpersonal skills required as well as strong computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint

This position involves overnight travel often.

Must be able to lift and move 50 pounds on a regular basis.
