We are in search of an exceptional MANAGER OF TRAINING SERVICES for our online products and services. YOU will direct and oversee activities of part-time ACUITY Training Specialists in assigned territory and accounts. YOU will assist in the hiring and field training of new training specialists, give ongoing support and guidance, and evaluate customer satisfaction on a regular basis. YOU will manage a team of part-time training specialists who can professionally represent CTB in schools and districts, delivering a blended training solution to meet and exceed customers' expectations, ensuring customer retention and increasing revenue.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Hire and field train part-time training specialists to deliver both on-site and online training and professional development sessions.
Certify part-time training specialists in various levels of ACUITY training services.
Manage large group of part-time training specialists and customer specific trainers, providing ongoing guidance/support.
Collaborate with operational groups to maintain continuity between, sales, implementation and training to ensure customer satisfaction.
Assist trainers to prioritize activities to meet contractual obligations.
MUST ensure training delivery adheres to established standards, guidelines and processes.
Monitor consultant schedules and activities, keeping accurate records of customer services delivered.
Analyze customer training feedback to facilitate continuous improvement of training content and delivery.
Participate in the proposal development process for selected opportunities regarding professional development, training, and customer support.
Work with various operational groups to establish appropriate programs for customer groups and internal stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to manage large, complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
Bachelor's Degree in training, education, or related field.
5+ years of successful technology training experience.
MUST have Train-the-Trainer and distant learning audience experience!
Proven ability to work with customers and effectively design and implement product specific service programs.
Proven ability to work effectively in cross-departmental/cross-divisional environments.
Proven ability in developing/delivering complex presentations/information effectively in print and electronically.
Demonstrated excellence in communication/interpersonal relationship skills.
Must be able to travel 50% of the time to work with customers and field staff.
DESIRED:
Advanced degree in an appropriate field.
Training in the education sector.
