* Manage the GE Energy Global Customs Team with responsibility for understanding Global Import/Export and International Trade regulations and work with Energy Businesses around the globe to drive compliance.
* Work with GE Energy Customs and Logistics teams and lead Compliance related and Duty savings projects in the various Energy Businesses.
* Perform internal Import/Export Audits for Corp Metrics and drive improvements.
* Develop and implement digitization and automation in the Energy Global Import/Export Process to drive process consistency across the Energy Businesses.
* Gather and Share Import/Export Best Practices across GE Energy and GE Infrastructure.
* Drive the consolidation of Global 3rd Party (brokers, consultants, lawyers) usage to obtain cost savings.
* Work with GE Corp and other GE businesses to share best practices and participate in GE Customs Councils.
* Support training seminars for Energy businesses on compliance with Import/Export/ international trade regulations and opportunities for duty minimization.
* Ensure there are Process and Procedure Manuals to ensure Customs Compliance across Energy and to reduce border delays.
Qualifications
* Four year college degree from an accredited university.
* Minimum of 1 year experience in working with Import/Export Regulations.

Salary, Band, Location and Relocation Benefits are negotiable. This position may be offered at a lower band if the candidate meets the job requirements.
