We are in search of a passionate, articulate, and exceptional ASSOCIATE OUTSIDE SALES CONSULTANT for KANSAS , NEBRASKA, OKLAHOMA, WEST MISSOURI territory. Territory offers an incredible growth opportunity! We offer a competitive salary with a lucrative incentive bonus compensation plan. Training and company car provided.
This position is responsible for marketing, selling, and servicing CTB's complete line of assessment materials and services in an assigned geographic territory, under the direct supervision and on-going support of the District Manager. Focus is on district and school level sales in open territories or in support of a state contract. Minimal state-level selling is required in this position.
BA/BS in education or related field
Basic knowledge of educational issues and assessment needs of districts, schools, and states
Computer application skills, including Microsoft Office and ability to master software products
Desired :
Masters degree in education or related field
Basic knowledge of achievement testing and related products
Evidence of strong presentation skills, workshop facilitation experience
Knowledge of organization structure in the public and private educational system
Background in sales, testing, marketing, or education
Understanding of the educational marketplace in general and how CTB products and services intersect within that marketplace
