Background

The purpose of this role is to assist with the process of providing on-site work place assessments or liaising with 3rd party assessors to AXA PPPOHS clients, in order to provide advice on reasonable adjustments to client HR management, line management and employees as appropriate. This will be in situations where client employees have been referred for issues affecting their health where it is thought their work or working environment or working practices may require some modification.

The role

The role will be based at the post holder's home. The dimensions and objectives of the role are: · To work with the RA Process Manager and other RA Advisers in providing advice on reasonable adjustments to client Managers and employees across the UK. · To work with the RA team in managing the daily workflow of RA activities within Pulse. · To assist with the liaising with HR and Managers of clients in identifying the requirements for assessments, and the standard of the reports To carry out a number of assessments within reasonable distance of their base To arrange other assessments to take place across the UK as required, utilising other AXA PPP OHS clinical resources. To assist in the arrangements with third party providers who might be required to provide specialist assessments beyond the level and competence of the in house AXA OH Teams. To encourage, train and feedback to others who are carrying out assessments and ensure they are following the correct protocols for providing advice. To help ensure that the RA process of assessments and reports are being delivered to the client within the agreed Service Level Agreement To audit reports that are being provided and ensuring that the recommendations, especially of equipment are to the clients remit. To ensure all the RA equipment is kept in good working order and mended or replaced as required. To ensure that a good relationship is maintained within the RA team, RA Admin and the Case Management teams. Assist in the updating of resource materials for RA team 3) KEY RESULT AREAS The establishment of good working relationships with in the RA team, RA Admin and Case management and CSA's The provision of sound advice this has been sought on the appropriateness of reasonable adjustments. To maintain a professional manner when dealing with all clients and AXA PPP healthcare staff and be respected by both organisations Develop capabilities to maximise contribution to the business and meet personal development needs in liaison with the Head of Nursing Services within AXA PPP OHS. Adherence to relevant career development requirements, as appropriate for individuals Membership of Professional Society or relevant professional qualifications. Maintain own competence in required skills. Keep self fully briefed on company matters by attending internal and / or external meetings as required
