J.D. Power and Associates is a global marketing information firm that conducts independent and unbiased surveys of customer satisfaction, product quality and buyer behavior. Today, the firm's services include industry-wide syndicated studies; proprietary (commissioned) tracking studies; media studies; forecasting; and training services, as well as business operations analyses, and consultancies on customer satisfaction trends.
We are currently seeking an Account Supervisor, Industry Solutions, in Troy, MI.
Key Goals of this Position:
Support ad-hoc inquiries/requests; coordinate support among JDPA/PIN practice areas. Support/answer client inquiries/data requests and proactively mine data for informational insights
Understand the data in relevant syndicated studies, perform analysis and interpret and articulate the results
Monitor account activity for account team including client contact information, historical and current quotes and contracts/sales, leads, and meeting/contact reports using salesforce.com
Proactively keep clients abreast of JDPA events and new product/service introductions
Support development of product/service marketing material, presentations, proposals, mailing/invite lists, and products/services themselves through input related auto finance account team
Education/Experience Required:
Four year college degree or equivalent in related work experience.
3 to 5 years minimum of related work experience.
Familiarity with the automotive, automotive finance, and banking industry
Strong sales/client service and communication skills.
Strong proposal and presentation skills
Must be an organized team player with excellent follow-up skills, strong initiative and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with J.D. Power products and services (research and PIN) and client service/sales experience.
Willing to travel on an as needed basis
