You as a Branch Consumer Banking Consultant will -
* Acquire and expand customer relationships through product sales to ensure that the branch achieves goal in volume and outstandings growth, which will help to increase market share and achieve branch profitability.
* Complete various sales and service activities, including profiling, teleconsulting, customer retention and outreach.
* Generate sales volume in consumer lending, personal and business deposits and related products.
* Take steps to retain customers through proactive customer service and increase their total relationship with National City.
You and your skills -
* High School Diploma or equivalent, plus specialized training in one or more areas, such as general business or word processing
* Training on branch systems, policies/procedures, consumer lending, and product knowledge
* Notary Public License is recommended
* At least 3 years in banking/financial services, with demonstrated skills in sales and customer service
* Previous experience in consumer lending and previous experience as a licensed sales representative for insurance/annuities preferred
