This position is responsible for the support for approximately 100 of National City's highest valued clients. This position communicates daily with our clients relative to borrowing needs. The client calls daily to communicate and discuss their daily funding requirements. The client may call to request a borrowing, a payment or to quote daily rates relative to labor contracts. The candidate is responsible to ensure that only the authorized caller communicates the funding request, confirms that the client has sufficient borrowing capacity and sufficient collateral to support the borrowing request. This position requires strong customer service skills and excellent communication skills.
Bachelor degree preferred in either business or finance or 2 years of banking experience. Strong communication skills strong computer skills such as Word,Excel,Office, basic banking knowledge.
