Experience:
Minimum 7-10 years in Biotech or Pharmaceutical industry
Four years of relevant marketing experience which may include a combination of sales, product management, brand management, medical marketing.
Skills:
Requires strong facilitation and communications skills
Excellent organizational & project management skills
Responsibilities:
Reporting to Senior Director Global Biosurgery marketing, the person will be responsible for the following.
Develop, recommend and advance the commercialization strategies and execution of the strategies for category expansion and brand launches and brand enrichment around the world in Biosurgery business.
In executing the strategies, following among others will be key elements.
Data that is competitively differentiated
Global advisory boards, key opinion leader panels
Launches preceded by thorough market research and testing of ideas
Best practice transfers across regions and countries
Pricing and reimbursement strategies
Life cycle optimization
Education:
Life Sciences BS or BA with an MBA or post- graduate degree in related field.
