Position Summary:
Performs support duties in assigned areas including patient transport, computer work, setup films for radiologists, stocks supplies/linens, darkroom coverage. Will provide assistance to radiologists/physicians, technologists, patients and visitors.

Transports patients to and from assigned areas of Radiology ensuring that the patient is comfortable, safely transported and informed.
Assists technologists within Radiology by helping move patients, getting patients dressed, escorting outpatients to testing sites, assists technologist with tests and informing them of delays, having films read by radiologists, processing films and making copies upon request. Keeps linens stocked. Maintains transport equipment in assigned areas. Enters orders and charges in IDX/CareManager.
Supports and demonstrates the continuous improvement of quality service as direded by BJC's and MBMC's mission and values.
