Position : Senior Marketing Manager- 27676BR

Description :


Job Function:

The Sr. Marketing Manager will be part of the marketing team. The individual will lead the implementation of growth strategies for the U.S. Region. Key product initiatives that this role will lead include raising awareness of this rare and genetic disorder, ensuring compliance to the therapy and programs, developing and executing growth strategies for the product in all segments and channels.

Experience:

Strong business acumen by using previous hands-on experiences in other functional areas (sales, marketing, and/or business development)
Demonstrated track record of achievement and influencing business outcomes
Proven ability to identify and define business questions and issues and develop strategic, analytical and financial frameworks to conduct analysis and conclusions.
Ability to understand market trends, customer needs, competitive intelligence data and financial data to track progress
Demonstrates ability to maintain perspective and focus on key priorities for the overall business
Eight to twelve years of experience in marketing, strategy, business development or other key functional area
Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred though not essential

Skills:

Creative, has strong leadership, problem solving and communication skills
Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills for a wide variety of audiences, including senior management
Strong leadership presence with the ability to utilize organizational channels, experience and influencing skills to persuade others of the course of action, facilitate successful project implementation and effective implementation

Responsibilities:

Lead cross-functional teams in the development and execution of marketing programs
Ability to design market research as required to identify and interpret changing user attitudes, demands, and needs for existing company and competitive products
Establish metrics to support/create business case for all existing and newly introduced programs that are traceable
Create a detailed publication plan that ensures implementation by clearly identifying hot topics, titles with interest, key milestones from creative to print and timing
Drive the product development process for lifecycle planning for the brand by obtaining a thorough understanding of the competitive landscape today and the next 10 years
Participate as an active member on the cross-functional global team working collaborates with clinical, regulatory, quality and sales

Education:

Master’s degree required with eight to twelve years experience in marketing and sales

Relocation:
