They are currently hiring an outside sales representative in the Major Accounts Sales Division- the fastest growing segment of the US Market, servicing over 10.5 million businesses.
Our client’s services include: a full suite of human resource administrative services; integrated securities transaction processing and investor communications services for the financial services industry among other industries.
Our Client is looking for high-energy individuals with aggressive hunting skills to sell our world-class line of our client’s products in an assigned territory. The qualified candidate will have experience in a quota driven sales position, and must have excellent prospecting and new business development skills. You also must have the ability to succeed in a competitive environment. Chosen candidate will also have a solid work ethic.
As an Major Account Sales Representative, you will implement a top-down sales approach in selling payroll processing. You would be targeting Presidents, CFOs, and HR Directors to convert prospects into clients. The target businesses for this division are companies comprised of 50-999 employees. Our Client backs their Sales Associates with the strongest infrastructure in the business. Our Client provides a top notch supporting cast which gives the Sales Associates the back end support needed to get business done. Among the things involved in this position are strategic selling, face to face meetings, lunches, and putting together presentations. 70% of closed deals will come from prospecting, and 30 % will come from referrals.
