Trains & developments of staff through attainable goals.

Conducts daily pre-shift meetings.
Has the ability to attain venue budgeted goals through effective cost controls to include scheduling & inventory.
Takes a pro-active approach to complete performance reviews in a timely manner according to anniversary dates.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma, College Degree (optional).
Prior restaurant supervisor/management experience.
Good Leadership skills.
Good communication skills.
Must be able to exercise initiative.
Be able to maintain a positive attitude towards each staff member and guests.
Promote and participate in a strong team effort.
Ability to communicate effectively with staff and guests.
Successfully complete Responsible Alcohol Service program.
Successfully complete Food Service Sanitation (certificate).
