PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for the direct operation of all valet and transportation services. Responsible to the Director of Facilities for successful performance of assigned duties. Responsible for the supervision and performance of all valet and transportation staff. Review staffing levels to maintain full coverage. Delegate authority and assign responsibilities. Development of staff, evaluating and training. Investigating incidents and/or customer complaints and compiling data for accurate reporting. Ensure all policies and procedures are being followed and monitored during the shift. Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS: Management abilities demonstrated in safety and effectively managing valet/transportation, and controlling expenses. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality relative to financial data, company policies, procedures and promotions. Oral and written communication skills. Public relations and customer service skills. Accuracy in completing assigned duties, paperwork, and reports in a timely manner. Ability to solve complex problems. Five to seven years experience with a bus line, taxi fleet, or highway transport company, with a 4-year degree in related fields or equivalent work experience. Ability to obtain a Florida Slot License. Must complete Isle Style Core training modules within 90 days of initial hire date.
