Our stellar Customer Support Engineering Services is looking for a new team member to work along side our highly dedicated support team! This is an opportunity to bring your unique talent to TiVo and deliver the best support to our customer subscriber base and call centers.
Here is what you get to do:
Deliver support to upper level technical support agents our call centers. This includes monitoring calls, case notes as well as escalation issues.
Deliver support for TiVo business partners. This includes providing "on call" support as well as partner conference calls
Work with Customer Support members on knowledge articles, FAQs, training, providing feedback on agent performance as well as addressing emerging issues
Deliver technical support to the executive support, VIP, Beta Test and Audio Video Support teams. We'll even let you participate in the home-testing too!
Technical training to call centers, sales and marketing teams
Work with engineering and Beta teams to test and track issues discovered during testing or from the field
What experience you will need to be successful:
At least 3 years of progressive technical or IT support, or a combination of 5 years of technical and customer service support.
Experience working with engineering during product development as well as after release to improve customer experience and resolve customer issues
Experience developing and delivering training
Excellent verbal and written skills
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. MCSE or equivalent experience.
