Posting Job Description Technical Excellence ·Uses knowledge associated with bachelor's degree or equivalent experience ·Minimum of 2-5 years directly related experience ·Possesses knowledge of AOL technical tools, applications, and work procedures ·Analyzes and tracks results of programs and maintains tracking database ·Understands relationships outside work area ·Conveys fundamental aspects of job through verbal and written communications ·Possesses detailed knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, desktop publishing, and database software Creativity ·Writes copy or manages relationships with agencies who do so; manages the flow of content ·Translates the client vision to the technical producer ·Assists partner with programming and redesign issues ·Handles the creative development of collateral including ads and inserts; may work with agencies ·May be responsible for checking blue lines and assuring quality and accuracy of programs ·Solves moderately complex problems with defined procedures ·Coordinates sales and marketing of small active accounts ·May assist with marketing to perspective accounts or selling add-ons ·Assists with identifying growth opportunities with clients Business Skills ·Has partner contact and is familiar with partners and programs; interacts with partners on-site ·Serves as an internal resource for partners and higher levels of the account management team ·Understands own team's strategy and objectives ·Makes decisions regarding own work within defined procedures ·Assists with maintaining relationships among and across channels, departments and AOL ·Serves as an individual contributor as well as a team member Personal Performance and AOL Valued Behaviors ·Demonstrates AOL's vision, values, and principles ·Articulates opinions regarding national and key account issues ·Displays attitude of understanding and tolerance for other's beliefs and opinions by being diplomatic ·Mentors Assistant Account Executives ·Effectively changes and meets deadlines as they evolve ·Observes quality standards ·Requires minimal guidance and direction ·Interacts internally/externally on an "as needed" basis to exchange information
