Summary:
Acts as an ag lender and will have portfolio responsibilities for large and complex ag lending relationships. The emphasis will be on consultative sales, development of customer relationships, and extraordinary customer service. Success will be measured by the size and growth of the portfolio, and the quality and improvement of the portfolio. 50% of time and effort is expected to perform this function.
And:
Provides liaison, training and support between other NCB business lines and the ag banking group of National City. The position will primarily support the efforts of BBOs, and managers in a defined geography to provide ag banking products to our customer segment. Success will be measured by the performance of the ag portfolio in the defined geography, including loans, deposits, revenues, and growth. 50% of time and effort is expected to perform this function.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Agriculture, Business or Finance or equivalent experience. Five years of business experience in addition to consultative sales is preferred. Must possess the ability to independently analyze problems, identify solutions, and act on decisions. Excellent customer problem solving and service skills required, along with effective verbal/written communication skills, and leadership skills.
8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday - Friday, overtime as needed.
