Quilogy has a part-time opening for an energetic, highly motivated administrative assistant to join the Portland office. The ideal candidate will be detailed oriented, computer savvy, able to handle multiple tasks, and possess strong communication skills. Quilogy Portland is the ONLY Oracle University Training Center in the Portland, OR.
Responsibility will include (but not limited to):
Interfacing with our clients, over the phone and in person
Answering phones
Keeping inventory and ordering of office supplies
Keeping inventory and ordering of classroom materials
Event coordination duties
Assist with classroom setup
Registering students for classes
Coordinate shipping of materials (via FedEx, UPS, etc)
Light computer maintenance duties
Light sales duties
Light accounts receivable duties
Light contract creation/maintaining duties
Light lifting (i.e. Computer monitors, Computer CPU’s, classroom books, etc.)
