Job Description:
We are agrowing Italian Restaurant concept with21 restaurants nationwide. We are looking for dynamic individuals that live to cook not just cook to live. If you arepassionate about food and creating the ultimate dining experience, a career with Biaggi’s might be for you! READ ON!
· Our scratch-cooking kitchen allows you to do what you do best, create delectable dishes. No frozen or partially-made meals here. Our weekly specials give you freedom to try new ideas.
· You’ll be put through a fun but intensive 6 week training program at one of our locations, learning our menu and its execution.
· During your first year you will spend 4 days at our corporate location for Biaggi’s University: Meeting our President, CEO and corporate staff while learning invaluable leadership skills.
· We take pride in giving our customers a fine dining experience at a casual dining price. We need your creative flair to drive this goal.
· Your team will count on you for leadership, mentorship and commitment to help them work productively and achieve personal success.
· We want you to work autonomously and make the best decisions for your restaurant while achieving company goals.
