· Our philosophy to management allows you to do what you do best, create an environment that will dazzle our guests. You don’t work for us, you work with us.
· You’ll be put through a fun but intensive 6 week training program at one of our locations, learning how your skills will benefit our front of the house operations.
· During your first year you will spend 4 days at our corporate location for Biaggi’s University: Meeting our CEO, President and corporate staff while learning invaluable leadership skills.
· We take pride in giving our customers a fine dining experience at a casual dining price. We need your creative flair to drive this goal.
· Your team will count on you for leadership, mentorship and commitment to help them work productively and achieve personal success.
