Description :
This position is responsible for the development, day to day production,
and support of all current and future reporting infrastructure for the Consumer Default
department of Lending Services. The analyst will spend time developing new applications
brought forward from the management team as well as enhancing existing applications
and databases. All data is used to provide metrics, key performance indicators, and daily
production reports to the Default Management team. Current applications and languages
used include SQL, SAS, .NET, Access, Visual Basic, Microsoft Reporting Services, and Excel.
This position may be located in Kalamazoo, MI or Brecksville, OH.
This job requires previous experience in the banking industry with a preferred background supporting Collections and Default. The position requires a strong mix of excellent interpersonal, communication, analytical and database development skills. The candidate should possess workload management skills and the ability to get engaged in complex assignments and
meet tight deadlines. Candidate must be customer focused. Attention to detail and speed is critical.
A successful candidate should have intermediate to advanced database development skills as well as being proficient in all the applications and languages referenced above. Three to Five years of practical experience is required, and a business or computer science degree is preferred.
Must be available Monday through Friday during regular business hours.
