Description: The Human Resource Coordinator shall be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
*Coordinate and publish Company newsletter; LBPP Times, on a bi-monthly basis.
*Coordinate LPP annual United Way campaign, collect campaign contributions and coordinate with accounting for appropriate payroll deductions and company contribution.
*Coordinate scheduled LPP Employee Events; i.e., annual employee meeting, annual picnic, chili cook-off and costume contest.
*Coordinate annual Employee Action Planning Team activities resulting from the annual Employee Survey.
*Manage Employee Excellence Award program.
*Coordinate quarterly employee luncheon with President.
*Create and/or combine PowerPoint presentations for annual employee meeting, and as required by department personnel.
*Publicize and promote employee events to obtain maximum awareness.
*Preparation and presentation of facilities content during New Employee Orientation.
*Manage and coordinate corporate apartment leases, with set up and communicate availability with HR Administrator, Recruitment.
*Manage new hire facility requirements; i.e., name plates, building access cards.
*Coordinate office/floor facility moves, relocations, including; furniture moves, items to be hung or installed.
*Manage company recycle program.
*Manage furniture requirements; identify needs and obtain quotes for approval.
*Manage company printing; letterhead, business card program; i.e. ensure compliance with company logo.
*Manage company coffee/vending contract; i.e., ensure adequate conference and break room supplies are provided.
*Coordinate facility issues with building management; i.e., Security and access cards, climate control, cleaning, maintenance, and after hour requests.
Skills: *Intermediate level computer skills; Microsoft Office Software, Lotus Notes, and other Company and discipline specific software applications.
*Effective communication skills both verbally and in writing with superiors, colleagues, and individuals inside and outside the company.
*Ability to maintain appropriate level of confidentiality with employee sensitive data.
*Strong organization, planning and prioritization skills.
*Detail oriented and ability to work independently.
*Effective analytical and problem-solving skills.
