Essential Responsibilities
Direct responsibility of warranty order process and management with Oracle ERP and fulfillment execution.
Daily interface with the wind farm site managers, field engineers and Product support teams to provide the site spare parts requirement.
Work 12 hours day shift for 4 days and off for 4 days to support 24hrs X 7 days call center.
Take the ownership of "on time" order fulfillment by searching thru Americas site inventory, expediting wind parts from Sourcing/Vendors and coordinating the logistics.
Work closely with the Site services and Logistics teams to provide the down turbine spare parts within 24 hrs from the receipt of order to delivery on site.
Work closely with the Field Service and Sourcing team to identify the new parts and support Engineering to assign new GE part numbers.
Generate and keep track of down turbine 24 hr delivery data and support the global war room call on down turbine issues.
Coordinate with the Global Planning and Sourcing teams to ensure that the central warehouse carries the proper level of inventory to fulfill the warranty part needs.
Other duties deemed necessary to support the global parts fulfillment operation.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited program.
Customer service, parts management or material control experience.
Data analysis experience with Excel.

Wind turbine field service or spare parts fulfillment experience.
Order management ERP experience.
